Depuis la parution du logiciel Fring sur l’App Store, il est désormais possible de faire des appels, en mode WiFi uniquement, depuis votre iPhone, en utilisant votre compte SIP Free. Pour activer cette option, vous devez : 1) Activer votre compte SIP Free Votre compte SIP est désormais activé. 2) Télécharger Fring 3) Configurez Fring  - Dans le formulaire suivant, renseignez : • User ID : Votre numéro de téléphone FREE (09xxxxxxxx) Cliquez sur “Login”
 4) Téléphonez! Lorsque votre compte SIP sera enregistré, vous pourrez lancez des appels téléphoniques depuis les contacts de votre carnet d’adresse ou d’autres réseaux sociaux que vous aurez enregistré. Pour utilisez votre compte SIP Free, lancez l’appel en cliquant sur SIP.

It’s seems clear and easy, but when i try to enter sip parameters from free into fring, this one said to me that my user id must begin by a letter. As you know the user id on free starts by a number. So that’s the problem !

Have you tried using an email address? I think Free gives you a @free email, no?

Bonjour à tous, et spécialement à Nick,
Merci pour votre réponse qui m’a permis de me rendre compte que j’avais confondu création du compte fring et paramètrage sip.
J’en profite pour préciser que dans les paramètrages fring le mot de passe demandé est celui défini sur le compte personnel free, rubrique telephone,s/rubrique gestion de mon compte sip.
Maintenant, touti va bene.
